A message dated April 8, 2014, was read stating the Governor signed                                                             
the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                        
to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 269(JUD)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to immunity for health care providers who                                                                  
    provide health care services voluntarily and without pay; and
